How can I request a copy of my background check?

You may access your background check results through the Applicant Portal. Once your report is complete, the full results will be available for you to view securely. You will receive an email notification as soon as your report is ready.

Bchex creates this portal account on your behalf to ensure your personal information and results are delivered securely.

Note: Only reports from the past 3 years are available in the Applicant Portal. If you need access to a report older than 3 years, please contact applicantinquiry@bib.com for assistance.
