I just received an email with credentials to use in order to complete an application, but I am having trouble logging in with the credentials. What should I do?

If you experience issues with the application, here are some things you can try:  

  • Please use a computer to attempt the application.  
  • Try copy and pasting the login information to ensure it is being entered correctly.  
  • Try clearing the cookies and cache in your browser, or use a different web browser.
