I received an automated email requesting information. How should I follow up?

These emails go out automatically once your expected clinic visit date has passed and the order is still open.  This means that we either do not have your results, or they haven't been processed yet.  


If you have a copy of your results, you may attach the results in a response to the email, upload them in the Applicant Portal, or have them faxed to 704-237-1096.  


If you do not have a copy of the results, but you already went to the clinic, please provide us your clinic visit date so that we may reach out to the clinic to obtain your results.


If you have not yet visited the clinic, you can respond to the email with your new expected clinic visit date.
