I don't know the expected clinic visit date. What should I enter?

We ask for the expected clinic visit date so our system has an idea of when to expect the results.  If you are not sure, it is best to choose a date beyond when you plan to go.  Our system will send out reminder emails if the order has not been closed once the expected clinic visit date has passed.  You may always update this information later by visiting the Applicant Portal.
