I chose the option of "alternate facility," but I'm waiting on authorization. How long does it take to process?

It may take up to 2 hours for us to locate a facility and provide the required documentation.  If the order was placed outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day.  If you have not received the form within the time span, you may email us at applicantinquiry@bib.com for an update.
