- Option 2: Email If you prefer to dispute your report directly with a Dispute Resolution Partner, you may contact us by email at: dispute@bchex.io
What Happens After I Submit a Dispute? Once your dispute has been submitted, our team will review the information in question. If the disputed information is verified to be inaccurate, your updated report will be resubmitted to the organization for their review.
Please Note: You have the right to dispute any information you believe to be incorrect. We are committed to ensuring the accuracy of your background check report and will work to resolve your dispute as promptly as possible.
