How do I get a refund?

Refunds cannot be issued for completed background checks or services. If your background check has already been processed and completed, we are unable to provide a refund—even if you were denied a position by an employer or volunteer coordinator.


If an order is cancelled or deleted before processing begins, a refund may be issued. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed and returned to the original payment method.
