Finding a Clinic for Your Drug Test
Our system allows you to search for available clinics using any zip code, including your current location if you are traveling or temporarily away from home.
Searching for a Clinic When placing your drug test order, simply enter the zip code of the area where you'd like to complete your test. A list of available clinics in that area will appear for you to choose from.
No Clinic Available Near You? If no clinics are available in your area, you will see the option "Alternate Facility Needed." Selecting this option notifies Bchex that you need assistance, and a member of our team will manually locate a clinic for you.
Please allow up to 2 hours for Bchex to identify an available facility and send you the necessary documentation. This process may take longer outside of normal business hours, so we recommend placing your order as early in the day as possible.
⚠️ Reminder: Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you are waiting on documents from us, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered.
