Having trouble logging into the Applicant Assessment Portal? Here are some things to try:
- Make sure you are using the same email address that you provided to your company when applying
- In the last field, make sure you are entering your Year of Birth, (ex 1995) not your Date of Birth.
- When was the invitation sent to you? If it has been longer than 14 days, you'll need to contact Bchex to have your login reset. You may reach out to us at applicantinquiry@bib.com. If it has been longer than one month, please contact Harris Teeter, as you will need to re-apply.
