Why can't I submit an order for a drug screen?

Having trouble submitting an order for a drug screen?  Please try the suggestions below:


  • Try refreshing your browser, or using a different device.
  • Be sure you have filled in all required fields.  Required fields will be highlighted in red.
  • Have you placed a previous order for a drug test recently?  Our system will block duplicate orders within certain time frames, usually around 30 days.  If you did not receive your donor pass (authorization form) from a previous order, please reach out to us at applicantinquiry@bib.com for another copy to be sent to you.
  • Are no nearby clinics appearing for you?  If you live outside the area where you are applying, you may not see any clinics that are near you.  In that case, choose the option Alternate Facility Needed at the bottom of the clinic list:
