If you are having trouble logging in to the Applicant Portal (https://applicant.bib.com/), select the FORGOT PASSWORD option and fill in the requested information to reset your password.

Please allow 15-20 minutes for the reset email to be delivered. Be sure to check your spam!

If you don't have a portal account, you may create one by selecting CREATE ACCOUNT on the main screen:
