If you received an email notifying you that Bchex may be reporting criminal or other public record information, there is no need to be alarmed. This is a standard notification that is automatically sent to all applicants every time a new background check is ordered.

As a consumer reporting agency, Bchex is required by law to notify all applicants that a background check is being performed and that criminal or other public record information may be reported, if it exists. This notice does not mean that any negative or reportable information has been found — it is simply a required disclosure that goes out to every applicant regardless of their background.

Viewing Your Results The full results of your background check will be available to you once the report is complete. You can view your results securely through the Applicant Portal.

The purpose of this message is to notify you that Bchex, a consumer reporting agency, is reporting criminal or other public record information that may contain adverse information about you to COMPANY.

This notice is not an indication of COMPANY's decision regarding your order status. Your order is still being processed.

A Bchex representative can address any questions or concerns you have regarding the contents of your report as soon as it is complete.
