I can't log in to complete my background check using the provided username and password.

If you were sent an email with login credentials to complete a background check and are having trouble logging in, please try some of the methods below:


  • If you are getting error E102 regarding incorrect username or expired credentials, please reach out to your employer for new credentials:



  • If you got two emails with credentials, please use the most recent one.
