If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so directly with the clinic. Bchex does not have access to the clinic's internal scheduling system.
You can find the clinic information on your Authorization Form (also called Order Confirmation). This was emailed to you after placing your order for services.
Be sure to schedule the appointment BEFORE the expiration date on your Authorization Form. If this is not possible, please reach out to Bchex Customer Support at applicantinquiry@bib.com for assistance in obtaining a new Authorization Form.
