Verifying Your Phone Number on the Secure Volunteer Mobile App

If you’re asked to validate your phone number, follow the steps below to complete the verification process.

Step 1: Click the Banner

When prompted, click on the banner at the top of your screen to begin verification.


Alternatively, you can navigate manually:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Click Account.






Step 2: Click Verify

Under the Phone Number field, click the Verify button.



Step 3: Enter the Verification Code

You’ll receive a text message with a verification code.




Enter that code in the provided field. 





Step 4: Confirmation

Once you’ve entered the code correctly, you’ll see a message confirming that your phone number has been verified successfully! ✅



Step 5: Return to the Home Page

Navigate back to your home screen to view your card.
If your card doesn’t appear immediately, click Refresh in the upper-right corner.

You can now navigate back to the home page to view your card.  You may need to click the Refresh option in the upper right corner:
