Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you are unable to log into your account, there are a few common reasons why this may happen. Please follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.

1. Check for Past Due Invoices

If your account has outstanding invoices, you may be temporarily restricted from logging in.

  • If you are a billing contact, you can review and pay invoices directly at: https://invoices.bib.com.

  • Once payment is made, access will typically be restored.  You can expedite this process by emailing as at ar.admin@bib.com to notify us of the recent payment.

2. Account Inactivity

For security reasons, accounts that have not been used for an extended period of time may be marked as inactive.

  • If you believe your account was deactivated due to inactivity, please contact our Client Services team at clientservices@bib.com to request reactivation.

3. Reset Your Password

Sometimes login issues are caused by an incorrect or forgotten password.

  • Go to the login page and select “Forgot Password” to reset your credentials.

  • Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the reset email.
