On your Aegis Dashboard, you can find your Account Contact details:
This information is also available in the "My Account" section of Aegis.
To request updates for the Main or Billing Contact details, simply use the Notify Client Services button. Our team will contact you to verify the changes.
Alternatively, you can email us at clientservices@bib.com with this information. Please include the name and email address of the individual assuming the administrative role for your account.
