My Account

  • Access your personal settings and profile details.

    Path: Click your name (upper-right) → My Account



Go To Portal

  • If you utilize a Secure Applicant or Secure Volunteer portal, a link to this portal is provided at the “Go To Portal” button.


Note: If the button isn’t present, your organization may not have a portal enabled, or your account isn’t linked to one.



Email Notifications

  • Email notifications
    • Toggle individual notification types On/Off (e.g., alerts, status updates, order completion notices).

    • Changes take effect immediately.


Update Your Email

To change your email address:

  1. Update your Email in the field shown.

  2. Click Update.

Note: If you need to update the name on your account, please contact us at clientservices@bchex.io.



Change Password

  • Click Change Password.

  • Enter current password, then a new password.

  • Click Save.



Users

  • Create and manage user accounts and permissions.

    Path: Click your nameUsers (visible to Administrative users only)

    What you can do

    • Add user: Click Add User, enter name and email, assign permissions/role, then Save.

    • Edit permissions: Open a user, adjust permission checkboxes or role, Save.

    • Disable user: Open the user, toggle Active off (or click Disable).

  • Permissions key
    A legend appears on the left describing what each permission allows (view, create, edit, approve, administer, etc.). Review it before assigning access.
