The Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is the first page you see when you log in:

The Dashboard gives you a snapshot of everything happening with your account.

• New Order – Takes you to the order entry page
• Review – This takes you to completed background checks that need to be reviewed
• Reports – This takes you to a useful account summary
• Videos – This takes you to a list of helpful videos for learning how to use the Aegis software
• Search – Takes you to an advanced search screen for finding orders

Quick Search

• This is a great feature that is right on the Dashboard
• It will allow you to quickly search for an applicant.
• Information is pulled from your entire account history unless a specific date is chosen.

System Messages

• Important system messages will appear here.
• Click on each one to see more information.

Change Account

• If you have multiple accounts, you can switch which account statistics you are viewing on the Dashboard.
• Click the Wrench Icon to bring up more options.

Left Navigation Panel

• The Left Navigation Panel shows all other areas of Aegis that you may need to visit.
• Options may differ based on how your account is set up.
• The menu can be “shrunk” or “expanded” by clicking the icon indicated.
