How can a replacement volunteer card be ordered?

If a volunteer needs a replacement card and their profile is still valid, you can request a new card directly through Aegis.

  1. Locate the volunteer’s profile.

  2. Select Account Actions.

  3. Click Replace Card.

 



Once submitted, the replacement card will be emailed to the volunteer. The volunteer may also access their card at any time by logging into the Secure Volunteer mobile app
