Why is my applicant is receiving a message that says that they already submitted an application when they attempt to submit a new application?

The applicant may already have an existing and active profile that has not expired yet. A new application cannot be submitted until at least 30 days prior to expiration. 


If you wish them to submit a new application early, please contact us at clientservices@bib.com so we can remove the block for the applicant.
