How to search for a managed services order in Aegis

•There are many ways to narrow the results.

•Name

•SSN

•Date

•Status

•Service

•Notice that only the last 60 days are shown in by default.

•To show results from all time, choose All.

•If you are only looking for results for a certain service, or services, select the ones you need in the Service list.

•To select multiple services, press and hold the Ctrl key and click each one you need.
