Pull up their order in Aegis by navigating to "Orders > Managed Services Orders." Click the name of the applicant. Choose PRINT or EMAIL under Order Confirmation. If for any reason this does not provide the information you need, please contact Client Services at 877-439-3900 or clientservices@bib.com.
*Note - this only works with orders that are NOT expired. If the authorization form is expired and you need a new one, you must contact clientservices@bib.com so that we may generate a new one for you.
