Modified on Fri, 18 Aug, 2023 at 10:59 AM

Do you have a $95 charge on your invoice?  This may be the New York Statewide Access Fee.

In New York, there are 13 counties that are not available as a county level search and to obtain those records a NYOCA Statewide search is required. The thirteen counties are Allegany, Bronx, Cayuga, Chemung, Erie, Fulton, Kings, Montgomery, Nassau, New York, Orleans, Queens and Richmond. There are also 8 counties that only provide Felony records at the county level. To obtain misdemeanors a Statewide Search is required. The eight counties are Clinton, Franklin, Hamilton, Jefferson, Monroe, Onondaga, Steuben, and Westchester.

The fee to run the New York Statewide search is $95 per name.  Please contact Client Services to discuss options we can offer to avoid this fee in the future.
