Overview

• Within the Aegis software are several useful reporting tools.
• These can be found by clicking Reports on the left navigation panel.

Account Summary

• This provides a summary of your account showing frequently requested information.  
• Choose the date range at the top to filter results.

Order History

• Choose the search criteria you need to see a list of your background check orders completed within the time frame you choose.
• Information can be shown directly in the browser by choosing View Report, or you may Export to Excel by choosing this option.  

Decision Report

• This report shows you the decision that was made on completed background check results within the date range chosen.
• As before, you can choose to view the results directly in the browser by choosing View Report, or you may Export to Excel.

MVR Searches

• This report shows you the number of MVR searches you’ve made within the dates selected, as well as the State for which the search was performed.
• View in the browser by choosing View Report, or you may Export to Excel.

Search Totals by Reference

• If you have multiple package options in your account, this report allows you to view how many times you ordered each type of package within the time period selected.

Secure Volunteer/Secure Applicant

• This report can be utilized for both Secure Volunteer and Secure Applicant services.
• There are different Report Types to choose from, including a report to see suspended applicants.
• The most common used Report Type is All Approved by Location.

The All Approved by Location report generates a list of all approved applicants within the time period chosen.  

You can also narrow it down to a specific location, choose to include expired applicants, and choose if the DOB will appear in the report. 

View in the browser by choosing View Report, or you may Export to Excel.
