Generating Secure Volunteer Reports

You may need to generate a list of volunteers for several reasons, such as:

  • Identifying volunteers who are currently approved and eligible, or

  • Determining which volunteers are approaching expiration and may need to reapply.

Accessing Secure Volunteer Reports

  1. From the left navigation panel in Aegis, click Reports.

  2. Select Secure Volunteer.

  3. On the report screen, choose the criteria you want to include.

You may generate the report:

  • Directly in the browser, or

  • As an Excel file for additional sorting and analysis.

Common Report Filters

Begin by selecting the date range you want to review.

  • To include all historical data, clear the date range.

Next, choose the appropriate Report Type.

Available Report Types

  • All Approved Mailing Report
Displays approved volunteers along with their mailing addresses.

  • All Suspended Report
Lists all volunteers who are currently suspended.

  • All Approved by Location
Shows approved volunteers and allows you to filter by a specific location or include all locations.

Additional Filter Options

  • Include Expired Volunteers
Enable this option if you want to identify volunteers who may need to reapply.

  • Status Filter

    • Show all submitted applications (approved or not), or

    • Limit results to Approved only.

  • Date of Birth (DOB)
Choose Yes or No to include or exclude DOB information in the report.

Generating the Report

Once your filters are set:

  • View the results directly on the screen, or

  • Click Export to Excel to download the report for further review and data manipulation.
