Checking the status of an Applicant Express request in Aegis

•Once you have completed the new Applicant Express request, you can check the status by using the Left Navigation panel to go to Applicant Express.

•If the envelope appears Blue then no action has been taken by the applicant.

•If the envelope appears Orange this means the applicant has signed the authorization form but has not yet completed the application.

•Once the application has been completed by the applicant, their name will no longer appear in this list.  Instead, you will find them listed under Background Check Orders. 

•The right most column allow you to see if the credentials for your Applicant Express request have expired or are about to expire.

•Application in Yellow will expire within the next 3 days.   Applications in Red have expired and will need to be deleted and resent.
